All Levels Yoga: This will be your perfect stress reliever and the pick-me-up you need to help you go on through-out your day with energy, calm and peace. A moderate practice to just invite good energy in you for the rest of your day!
Vinyasa Flow: This class is a well rounded, beginner/intermediate class that keeps the focus on “the flow,” as well as on the breath, alignment and mind-body connection. This is a class that everyone can enjoy. Beginners are welcome.
Cardio Blast: Have fun and get results with a full class of the best of any type of cardio training the instructor feels like throwing at you! Modalities include Kickboxing, Boot Camp, TRX, Kettlebells and Calisthenics – but bottom line, you will never get bored while you improve your fitness level and burn fat! Appropriate for all fitness levels!
