Slow Flow Yoga: Take a step up from Gentle Yoga with this moderately paced class! Step up your yoga workout with a series of flowing postures that are connected by breath.
Vinyasa Fusion: Using Vinyasa inspired sequences of posture, this class moves from slow to moderate/ vigorous tempos using Pranayama, or breathing techniques designed to increase and sustain energy in the body and build heat and cultivate strength. This class explores dynamic postures and inversions, which set the foundation for flexibility and balance throughout the entire body.
Kids Groove: Latin dance with a twist!!! Watch your little ones perform at the end of the session in their own Groove Day Recital!
